STUDENTS' PROJECT SUPERVISION FEEDBACK QUESTIONNAIRE

The following closed ended questions are prepared to determine the extent of progress made by 400 level students in their final year projects. Thus, this questionnaire is to be completed by 400 level students only. It should be noted that this is not a test, thus there is no right or wrong answers to the questions. However, it is an attempt to give necessary feedback about project supervision for the purpose of enhancing the quality of final year thesis/ projects.

Please complete as accurately and honestly as possible. Also note that the completed questionnaire will not be sent to your Supervisor.
